Job Description

Genetic toxicology-SD The Study Director represents the single point of study control with ultimate responsibility for the overall scientific conduct of following Invitro and Invivo studies

  • Ames salmonella mutagenicity test
  • Preparation of Arochlor 1254 induced rat liver S9 fraction
  • Handling and maitainance of TA series mutant tester strains of Salmonella typhimurium
  • Handling of various cell cultures
  • Chromosomal aberration test in CHO and Human lymphocytes
  • Micronucleus test in Human lymphocytes
  • HPRT assay as per OECD 476
  • OECD 431 & 439 validation
  • Assess and document the impact of any deviation from study plan or quality and integrity of the study.
  • Ensure computerized systems used in study are validated
  • Accountable to regulatory compliance of the study.
  • Responsible for recording the data in online and auditable at every moment of time.
  • Identify the required materials, instruments before the initiation of the study.
  • Responsible to verify the facility qualification records before initiation the study
Qualification: MSc Agriculture, MSc Life Science, M.PharmacyExperience: 3-5 Years in GLP certified laboratorys
