Job Description

The Role

  • Success Factors functional consultant in one or more areas of Employee Central, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management Solution etc.
  • Need to have the business knowledge of all the Talent Management related processes.
  • Serves as liaison between business customers and systems areas.
  • Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients.
  • Must be able to translate client business needs into technical business requirements.
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
  • Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects.
  • Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.
The selected candidate will be given an opportunity to take training and certification on Success Factors as per the company policies.Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of SuccessFactors experience on EC, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0
  • Analyze business/functional requirements and provide solutions
  • Work closely with various teams in prioritizing and completing the tasks to meet the SLA
  • Conduct technical walk through meetings for the various solutions that we deliver.
  • Provide assistance to the team members. Mentor Jr developers supporting the SAP HR application for various clients
  • To build and nurture constructive relationships with the onshore team and internal colleagues from other business areas and to contribute to team efforts, team meetings etc.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
  • Thorough documentation and adhering to team policies and procedures
  • Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. On Process
  • Help in recruiting new talent
  • Good Analytical and trouble shooting skills
  • The candidate should be able to work independently with the customers.
  • Develops, writes and communicates Functional requirements & design documents.
  • Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
Qualifications - Internal
  • The candidate must have around 3 years of HCM experience with SuccessFactors EC and talent modules.
  • Should be able to work with the customer independently
  • Develops, writes and communicates technical/Functional requirements & design documents.
