The job involves (a) direct sales to major customers (b) building on the existing dealer networks , and through their proper selection, training, guidance and supervision achieve consistent sales growth . The product positioning identified for each equipment has to be effectively communicated to dealers through training and also to the prominent decision makers The Sales Managers will work with the Customer Support Engineers to ensure that dealers and customers are well supported. The position involves organizing proper exposure and launch of the new products, of which there will be at least 3- 4 every year. Collateral sales and marketing materials required within the company and also by the dealer network will have to be adequately arranged. The candidate will be reporting to the GM (Sales) based at the factory in Bangalore DESIRED PROFILE: The candidate should be an Graduate, preferably in Engineering . An MBA in Marketing would be an important additional qualification . The candidte should have an experience of at least 5 years in Sales and Marketing of capital goods, preferably medical equipments, with reputed companies. The candidate should have excellent grasp of sales and marketing processes, especially for setting up and management of sales / service channels, and brand building for industrial products. The key skills required will be Channel Management of Dealers, Direct Sales Processes, CRM, Product Management and Market Research. The candidate should have the energy levels and creativity required to enable the exciting value propositions offered by our products to be translated into sales. ,
