Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:The Hardware - Asset Management System Engineer will support the day to day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for internal customers. You will require experience in IT Asset Management - ITAM and the functions that support asset life-cycle management. You will report to the IT Manager.You Will:

  • You and us maintain all hardware asset details.
  • You and us manage hardware purchase orders through their lifecycle (including Goods Receipting and Invoicing)
  • You and us manage all purchasing and end to end stock management activities including asset recording and tracking.
  • You and us create purchase orders, adding new assets to the repository and managing the asset deployment process
  • Handle queries relating to hardware asset details
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Help relate to the procurement of products and services.
  • Ensure assets are accounted for (including those assets that are unassigned) and components are accurately reflected in Service Now
  • Assist in the establishment and embedding of hardware asset management processes across all regions
  • Support the Hardware Asset Team Manager in all aspects of service delivery
  • Manage individual incidents and requests according to defined SLAs aim for 100% adherence to REQ & INC Best Practice guidelines
  • Adhere to processes defined in the IS Business Management System.
Youll Need:
  • 3 years of Hardware Asset Management experience.
  • Any Degree
