Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee security review process for new systems/applications that will be used by GBS associates and maintain list of GBS approved application
  • Partner with VDI, Security, and IT teams to ensure optimal network and system performance for GBS associates and with the Safety and Resiliency team to ensure robustness of GBS BCP plans
  • Manage the relationship with partner teams (VDAS, Security, IT, Safety & Resiliency) related to GBS support, including leading quarterly retrospectives with partner teams and ensuring the continuous improvement of partner satisfaction ratings
  • Lead and participate in ad hoc IT and systems-related projects as needed, particularly those related to GBS network/hardware/system enablement
  • Assist & support audit preparation and conduct compliance activities to maintain Salesforce policies and security standards
  • Responsible for effectively handling, communicating & escalating procedure issues to management & our partners
  • Assist to develop & oversee control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines & internal policies in collaboration with our business partners.
  • Accountable for systems and compliance project management, including planning the project, managing deliverables, project reporting stakeholder and change management, and being accountable for success of project delivery
  • Provide thought leadership on the development and evolution of systems and compliance process documentation, artifacts, record management, intake forms, and business processes
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting related to GSS Systems and Compliance in meetings, quarterly business reviews, and reporting to executive leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards and intakes for processing of systems and compliance cases/requests
  • Act as the Salesforce administrator for our Salesforce instance and evolve the system roadmap to support our GBS team; this also managing security settings, associate access, and data within the system
  • Create and oversee (including manage ongoing testing) of Business Continuity Plans for GBS; liaise with the GBS Safety & Resiliency team to ensure effectiveness and robustness of GBS BCP plans
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Required:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, IT support, network technologies, technology project management, application authentication/authorization, and virtual server/desktop environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Science, or other quantitative disciplines with specialization from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with devising and establishing IT and Compliance policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and to ensure compliance with company/security guidance
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits of a corporate organization as needed from a systems and compliance perspective
  • Understanding of methodology to perform audits of organizational processes for security and compliance purposes
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with process leaders, process analysts, and technologists
  • Ability to prioritize security and compliance factors in all roles
  • Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work types at once
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively work with stakeholders at various levels - looking for an individual with high drive and the right demeanor to succeed

  • Advanced critical thinking and sound judgment to effectively triage systems issues and correctly address compliance issues and questions
  • Ability to share updates/reporting in a concise and meaningful way, including via data driven analytics or summary level reporting (such as for Quarterly Business Reviews) and to customize reporting to stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Experience with dashboard creation and management as a means of operational tracking and reporting
  • Ability to focus on the big picture and drive strategically at a holistic level, while having detail orientation
  • Experience in creating and overseeing (including ongoing testing) of Business Continuity Plans for large organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, which may occasionally require working outside of standard working hours
Nice to have:
  • Understanding of corporate IT operations, including VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), data centers, hosted and cloud based software asset installation and management, active directory groups an user management
  • Experience facilitating the troubleshooting network issues; which includes following the appropriate escalation path and working with relevant stakeholder teams for remediation
  • Six sigma certification
  • Design thinking certification
  • Agile/scrum project management certification
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator certification or willing to become a certified Salesforce admin upon joining
  • Knowledge of the following business tools: Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Tableau
  • Analytics knowledge (including dashboard creation and statistics gathering)
  • Experience in project management for a technology organization
