Morgan Chase.The Tableau analyst role is responsible for driving Ops self-service dashboards initiatives end-to-end, while supporting new initiatives to enhance the various data analysis and visualization efforts across reference data domains.Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Lead dashboard and data visualization initiatives within Reference Data Analytics team
• Play a key role in supporting data management initiatives within the Firmwide Data Office
• Develop dashboards in Tableau to visualize data for senior management, operations, and business stakeholders
• Manage dashboards in production, including oversight of refreshes of content, new features, etc.
• Drive automation of current reporting processes via Tableau
• Define and build the necessary controls to ensure reporting integrity by comparing against source platforms and data
• Strong Oracle and SQL skills where complex queries can be written and executed
• Expert Level Tableau design capabilities as an individual contributor
• Must be able to create dashboards from scratch and connect to database via Oracle and SQL Server
• Tableau administration work including authentication, authorization, and security
• Define visualizations, workbooks, filters & calculations. Experience in dashboard optimization for enterprise use.
• Excellent Communication skills to work with colleagues on the dashboards

• Bachelor s degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Tableau development, Oracle, and/or SQL Server
• Strong technical skills as it relates to business intelligence tools (Tableau, SQL) and experience in creation of management dashboards
• Hands on BI reporting experience using any BI tools like Business Objects, Cognos
• Tableau developer certification is a plus
• At least one year experience in Alteryx for dashboard creation is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process information quickly, and assess impacts to requirements presented
• Excellent relationship management skills, with strong communications and interpersonal skills. History of success working in a team environment
• Experience in agile methodology and liaising with technology to deliver change from requirements documentation through testing and release
• Experience analyzing large data sets to identify trends and present findings to senior management and stakeholders
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, changing priorities
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirements changes
• Ambition to succeed and continue to grow in a change function
