To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategoryProducts and Technology Job DetailsSalesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Developer:Job Summary:Einstein Analytics Operations team within Salesforce Business Technology is currently seeking a team member who is detail-oriented, proactive self-starter to manage and support Einstein Analytics platform and associated Datasets, Dataflows and Dashboards.You will be expected to have mastery of the EA application, including the ingestion processes, dataset management processes, security and access implementations, and visualization/dashboard creation. You will also need to partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide them on the art of the possible. You will bring your passion for intuitive, insightful, compelling dashboard experiences and turn it into right sized, governed, supportable EA solutions.Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support EA apps, datasets, and dashboards, beginning with operational reporting and expanding into full-fledged analytics over time.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Develop and provide training of the dashboards to various business units
• Support ad-hoc dashboard requests to provide insights to various teams
• Analyze large volumes of data using various tools like Salesforce Einstein Analytics, R, Python etc.
• In partnership with Product Owners and operations, define intuitive, insightful, actionable, and compelling EA dashboards, account for user behavior and exception paths.
• Provide best practices direction and implement approaches for content governance, taxonomy, processes, and UI consistency within EA.
• Enable EA solutions to be embedded into and available within our wider Salesforce based offerings (e.g. portal and mobile solutions)
• Optimize for the whole: provide design guidance to team on EA capabilities and limitations, enabling the delivery of a system which is supportable, maintainable, performant, and achieves high user adoption.
• Grow our internal EA expertise: be a mentor, teacher, and guide to both developers and Operations.
• Data analysis: analyze data sets for patterns and anomalies and create mock datasets to create meaningful prototypes and enable parallel development between EA and other development areas.

Required Skills:

• Einstein Analytics Administration
• EA Data flow Development.
• Expertise in all aspects of the EA platform
• Familiarity with traditional BI and discovery tools
• Hands-on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and building visualizations
• Experience with data modeling, logical schema design and data warehouse concepts including techniques for handling semi-structured and unstructured data.

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce Administration
• ETL (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica) exposure
• Passion for data, reporting, and Visualization
• Passion to learn new tools and technologies such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Experience with scripting tools like Python, Java Sript, JSON etc.
• Experience with databases and writing SQL (Oracle, MySQL etc. )
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, spotfire or similar tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong research and problem solving abilities are required
• Team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal ability to communicate ideas through data
• Bachelor s Degree from a 4-year college/university with a relevant degree (Stats as add-on)
