90+, that s the number of associates across Dublin, Hyderabad, East Hanover and Mexico who work together to provide digital and creative support for our customers, enhancing awareness and engagement between HCPs(Health Care Providers) and Novartis brands worldwideYour responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate allocation of work across self and team of associates and contractors, enabling the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, on-time, and on-budget delivery of end-to-end creative and multi-channel marketing campaigns Champion and embed Continuous Improvement initiatives, Creative & Digital delivery processes and project management standards across PM team Create a stimulating and challenging environment where associates feel valued & motivated. Support PM onboarding, capability development and career planning, through coaching, guidance and training needs identification Demonstrate and role model successful project team behaviors, championing Novartis s Blue collaborative culture. Drive PM focus, to meet or exceed target Client Positive Experience targets for region Collaborate with Creative & Digital colleagues to manage capacity and demand pipeline, and identify, mitigate (or escalate) risks or issues Demonstrate outstanding project management and client communication skills, and champion close collaboration with our clients and internal delivery teams Develop and coordinate project pricing and plans across the scoping, design, development and production phases of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPIs In project delivery, coordinate efforts of the production teams, including content providers, creative studios, digital platform developers and a variety of external vendors. Work across a matrixed organization with stakeholders located across the globeMinimum requirements What you ll bring to the role:Education Degree level Recognized operational excellence qualification/accreditation highly desirable.Experience Experience in Pharma and/or regulatory/compliance environments a plus Commercial experience managing services or driving key initiatives within global functions 12+ years experience in a project/program management environment, including delivery of creative/digital projects across complex matrix organizations 5+ years experience developing, leading and motivating teams to deliver measured results and outcomes Experience in building and leading project delivery teams across different geographies Pharma experience is of benefit but not essential Experience within a leading Pharmaceutical/FMCG company or service provider/agency a plus Experience in regulatory/compliance environments, including Medical Legal Review (MLR) a plus Past work reflects a track record of delivery excellenceWhy consider Novartis 799 million.
