250+, that s the number of associates across Dublin, Hyderabad, East Hanover and Mexico who work together to provide digital and creative support for our customers, enhancing awareness and engagement between HCPs(Health Care Providers) and Novartis brands worldwideYour responsibilities include but not are limited to: Develop and manage project pricing and plans across the scoping, design, development and production phases of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI s. Responsibility of all coordination efforts of the production teams, including content providers, creative studios, digital platform developers and a variety of external vendors. Apply project and stakeholder management methods, and contribute to shaping continuous improvement of Creative & Digital s delivery methodology Demonstrate and role model successful project team behaviors, championing Novartis s Blue collaborative culture. Deliver successful projects in order to meet or exceed target Client Positive Experience targets. Demonstrate strong project management, client communication skills, and close collaboration with our customers, suppliers and internal delivery teams. Develop and coordinate project pricing and plans across the scoping, design, development and production phases of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPIs. Deliver projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring effective collaboration, smooth delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate allocation of work across project team members, enabling the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, on-time, and on-budget delivery of end-to-end creative and omni-channel marketing campaigns Succeed in a matrixed organization, collaborating with stakeholders located across the globe.EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What You ll bring to the role: Experience in Pharma and/or regulatory/compliance environments a plus Commercial experience managing services or driving key initiatives within global functions 8+ Experience delivering creative and digital marketing programs and projects, including resource management, across complex matrix organizations Experience in building and leading project delivery teams across different geographies Experience within a leading Pharmaceutical/FMCG company or service provider/marketing agency a plus Experience in regulatory/compliance environments, including Medical Legal Review (MLR) a plusWhy consider Novartis 769 million.
