Technical Design Expert effectively transforms, technical solution requirements into IT understandable design and test specifications, ultimately leading to meeting customer & QA expectations on the solution Broad IT technical skill set, including Java, Operating Systems, SQL based databases, network architectures. Provides comprehensive and authoritative technical or professional guidance on a wide range of issues within the area of project management to influence internal and/or external stakeholders Interacts with a typically diverse internal and external audience and is required to interpret complex information. Engage with customers, understand business requirements to create technical solutions that fit the purpose. Ensure consistent design of appropriate solutions and coordination of all design activities across projects and changes Secure technology alignment for the solution, liaising between various teams and stakeholders in the Novartis IT landscape. Develop design solutions to meet business needs and associated architecture, while ensuring all aspects are handled in accordance with Novartis IT security and technology standards Responsible for Solution Design in connection with infrastructure requirements and accountable for Continual Improvement of Solutions in scope Ensure detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional & non-functional requirements EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements Univ degree in computer science, management information systems or related discipline Languages: Fluent English written & spoken Around12+ yrs & >5 yrs of working-expertise in application development, project management, process design & CSV practices in Pharm industry Strong understanding of Manufacturing IT solutions in the domain of process oriented production such as MES (Werum PAS-X V2, V3, MES KPI) Good understanding of GxP, CSVWHY NOVARTIS 769 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2020, and while we re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people s lives.We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
