Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with internal and external, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successfully implement technical solutions and services.
  • Engage in technical discovery with client prospects and quickly build proposed solutions. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Take a consultative role in supporting clients evaluation processes, including making architectural recommendations, troubleshooting developmentconfiguration issues, and managing escalation to Support and Engineering.
  • Contributes to operational enhancements of the HBP Technical Services team.
  • Develops training and workflow documentation as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Communicates effectively, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate technical implementation solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent implementation projects, including schedules, status, and documentation of each.
  • Provide prompt and high-quality service and leadership to align with project goals and requests.
  • Knowledge of browsers, browser plug-ins, firewalls, security settings on corporate networks.
  • Familiarity with web development and learning management systems a plus.
  • Familiarity in computer software, hardware and networking a plus.
