Technical Project Lead- Hyderabad - 9 to 11Yrs Exp Job Description Total 911 years of experience in software development. Strong database skills preferably in MS SQL 2008+ Should have work experience in .NET and related technologies (.NET Framework, ASP.Net, MVC isMandatory, Razor is Optional, Web Services / WCF) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Good experience in leading the team, mentor the team, guide/ assist in technical glitches. Should have worked closely with the project manager/ client and team and have effective skills to manageand handle the client and the team Should have enough experience to assess/ evaluate the team strengths and weaknesses and drive theteam accordingly. Good grasp of Architecture design, Design Patterns, Refactoring and unit testing, Code versioningmechanisms are mandatory. Should have been participated in the design of applications of medium to large size. Should have very good experience in applications development, deployment, operations, documentation, best practices, security, networking, RDBMS etc., Good understanding of WCF/ Web Services and SOA and MVC is a plus Should be able to provide technical solutions with client business focus, user friendliness, easy toenhance, robust, high performance, concurrency and scalability. Experience in estimating the project development efforts, preparing the project plan, project riskmitigation plans At least 23 bigger projects experience from inceptiontodelivery of .NET projects. Strong Programming skills in VB.Net, should be will to work on VB.NET though experience in C#.Net, andOOPs Experience in IIS, AJAX, XML, Knowledge in LINQ is a plus Experience on SSRS/ Crystal reports development is a plus Responsibilities Periodically evaluating the team technical and analytical skills, effective and optimized allocation of the tasks to the team Involve in the requirements gathering, analysis and be responsible to effectively transmit therequirements into development. Individual contributor as well as guide and direct the team Should be able to code the complex feature areas, provide technical support/ help to the team. Should involve in high level design/ architecture/ defining the standards but hands on in coding as well Able to define the technical direction for the projects assigned in .NET technology independently Involve in architectural road map design for .Net applications Review requirements and arrive in estimating project timelines Should act as a bridge between the team and the project manager/ client and provide technical guidancefor overall project design and architecture. Managing and coordinating product releases, take care of production rollouts, ensuring code readiness, closely monitoring key milestones, release management Should be able to handle multiple clients/ builds at a time. Responsible for source code versions in VSS/ TFS, build integration, hosting, sanity test and release notesto stakeholders Identify and evaluate the project risks time to time, alert and suggest the mitigation plans to the projectmanager.
