Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY Altruista Health ( AH ), a prominent U.S. based healthcare IT Products Company is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Project Management professional. Technical Project Manager coordinates all activities of Health Care projects, from readiness assessment and planning to completion of implementation. The project manager also may have responsibility for managing maintenance and ongoing improvement. Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related discipline and typically 8 to 12 years relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in project management and managing IT related projects ( IT areas: Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Interfaces, and Technical expertise ).
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multi-disciplinary team setting, collaborating, and client satisfaction.
  • Must possess strong communication (Written & Verbal), presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project/Project Management Tools, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Project) ;
  • Prior enterprise application development experience preferred such as HTML, .NET, MVC, JavaScript & SQL server.
  • Review project proposals with the management team to determine priority, time frame, budget, technical requirements, and allotment of available resources to projects.
  • Experience working using Agile based Scrum Methodologies and working experience of using JIRA .
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of five years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and management necessary for all facets of healthcare projects and be responsible for achieving overall project goals.
  • Lead/coordinate communication efforts with clients, consultants, and within the project team.
  • Develop and define project schedules to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skills.
  • Should have hands-on experience in Planning , Scheduling , Estimations , Risk Planning , Resource allocation, Tracking , and Status reporting.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • The high degree of professionalism , especially when faced with critical and intense situations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for improving service delivery methods and support procedures.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

LOCATION/TRAVEL
  • While this position with Altruista Health is in Hyderabad, India, the candidate must be willing to travel to other office or client location as and when required.
