Please join us and make this journey together!What Youll DoYou will join Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Services (CIPS) team under Digital Enterprise Solution Organization, where you will design, architect, implement and manage Splunk environment on-prem and cloud using automation via DevOps toolChains.Who Youll Work WithAs part of the Digital Enterprise Solutions team, you will work with highly motivated and hardworking pool of Engineers from various teams within CIPS like SRE, Platform & Storage Services, etc. You will also engage with clients and drive meaningful solutions by partnering with them.Who You AreWe re seeking a hardworking and experienced candidate who knows cutting edge technologies in both on-prem & cloud environments. Someone who has shown hands-on experience in architecture, design, building DevOps toolchains and has strong background in monitoring, logging, and alerting technologies. You will follow Agile methodologies. You must have good oral & documentation skills.Technical Expertise:BS/MS in Computer Science or related domain w/ 10+ years of relevant experienceThorough understanding of Splunk Deployment Methodology and best practices for planning, data collection, sizing for a distributed deployment and Splunk Apps & Plugins.Hands-On knowledge of optimizing Splunk Knowledge objects and components.Extensive experience with all Splunk Components like UF, HF, Indexers & SHs. Communication & integration between them and other toolsets / Datasets.Expert in Splunk Administration, Implementation and Troubleshooting Splunk environment.Experience AWS & GCP Cloud Technology Stacks.Experience with tools like Ansible/AWX/Puppet, StackStorm. & Terraform.Thorough understanding and Hands-On experience with designing/building DevOps toolchain like filebeat/fluentbit, ELK/TIG stacks, kafka/RabbitMQ, Kapacitor, redis, etc.Good Understanding on BM/VM, VMware/OpenStack, Kubernetes/Nomad & Containers.Experience with Leading effort on ingesting logs and data from various systems/applications.Good understanding of monitoring tools that feed data into Splunk - App Dynamics, ScienceLogic, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Core Infra tools, etc.Extensive knowledge of the software development Agile process & practices, CI/CD pipeline.Conduct meetings or workshops for gathering business user requirements with different stakeholders across globe.
