Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Development of technical publications, related data and technical services support for Aerospace/Rail Transportation/Medical/Automotive/Off-Highway domain. The project is about the creation and revision of the maintenance documentation in international specifications/standards (S1000D, iSpec2200, DITA.). The manuals include but not limited to:

  • Component Maintenance Manuals
  • Line Maintenance Manuals
  • Illustrated Parts Catalogues
  • Fault Isolation Manuals
  • Service Bulletins
  • Engine Service Manual (CIR)
  • Operation Manual
  • Troubleshooting Manual
The inputs will be Engineering Drawings, Bill of materials (BOMs), Production operation sheets, Technical mark-ups from Engineering, Factory Modification Sheets (FMS), Change Requests, SIL, SBs, TRs, repair procedure and customer specific documents.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Research and review the inputs and determine their effect on technical manuals and publications. Create/Revise technical content in Simplified Technical English based on the engineering inputs. Provide written data in defined standards using Client specific tools for technical manuals. Provide input and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the various Department procedures, controls, flows and systems, and become familiar with Cyeint internal policies and procedures. Maintain involvement in day to day Cyeint operations to ensure that the highest level of technical support is maintained at all times. Responsible for developing the work execution methodology and development of standard work instructions. Ensure that all quality metrics are within the agreed parameters.DESIRED SKILLS:Must have excellent oral, written and organizational skills which are easily applied to administration and supervision. Familiarity with S1000D Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Arbortext, Isodraw, Creo, Visualizations Mockup will be beneficial.
