  • As a technical writer, be a core part of the SLC Quality & Compliance team working closely with internal technical teams, client SQAs, and business resources.
  • Work with internal technical teams, client business resources, and client SQAs to prepare, review, and revise documents, including User Requirements Specifications, Functional Requirements Specifications, Change Requests, and testing documentation.
  • Learn the business and technical concepts and communicate the information clearly and with a high degree of quality.
  • Gather client feedback on documentation to improve quality.
  • Act as an editor to ensure consistency in documentation across projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skill SLC documentation
