The User Acceptance Test Manager is responsible for:
Managing User Acceptance and Regression testing of a Transfer Agency suite of applications with a team of 10 15 testers.
Line and functional management of permanent team members consisting of Test Leads, Test Analysts and Automation Analyst(s). Including career, performance and personal development management of team members.
Taking ownership and accountability for managing your own workload, and that of the team. Maintaining a strong delivery focus both on UAT and Project delivery success.
Leading the liaison with the onshore test (Ireland) and development (Canada) functions on behalf of your team. Ensuring the work is well understood offshore, and reporting regularly on progress, risks and issues to the wider delivery structure.
Proactively driving the application of quality standards and good practice across the IT and business organisations at management level, acting as an authority and advocate for the SS&C Quality Assurance Strategy, its meaning, benefits and goals.
