What you will do As an intern in this role, you will Support the sourcing team with spend analysis and reporting Deliver insights and identify opportunities to drive supplier rationalization or consolidation activities Support the team in the development of preferred supplier lists Drive non-critical or low spend strategic sourcing events (RFx) Assist the team on source-to-pay process improvement related activities Assist in managing supplier databases What you will bring
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of procurement and applies it in work assignments
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to drive strategic initiatives
• Researches best practices and poses new and more efficient ways of operating
• Ability to work full time May-August
• Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain or related field; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduate date
• Knowledge of Google suite productivity tools is a plus
