Vice President Application Development - CollibraVice President - Application Development will be joining the Collibra application development team within the Chief Technology Office. Responsible for creating web applications and workflows using Collibra Core APIs and design, deployment of API Services using Java, Spring Boot, Mulesoft and Elasticsearch.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Collibra Workflow Development, Customization or Enhancement using Collibra Core APIs and Rest APIs. Experience in Automation Testing of the developed Workflows.Working experience with Activiti, Flowable, or JBPM. As such, the candidate will be expected to Subject Matter Expert in Collibra.Experience in Design, Deployment and Administration of Collibra Linux Server Cluster Environment.Candidate is expected to build prototypes, highlighting a variety of techniques and approaches to guide stakeholders through various user stories.The candidate will also have broad web development experience with an emphasis UX and design.Responsibilities Build Workflows using Collibra Core APIs and Integration of Collibra with Other Systems using REST APIs and Elastic/ Mulesoft/Spring Boot.Design, Deployment and Administration of Collibra Linux Server Cluster Environment.Create/update JIRA stories and epics to track development efforts Build quick prototypes and demo to team members and managers. Provide production support once applications are deployed Coach junior colleagues in Collibra, BPMN, Java, Spring Boot, Unix and UX best practices Stay abreast of Technology updates in Data Governance and API development. Coordinate with other application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards Work with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines Provide input to project planning, estimation, budget, resource, and technology planning.Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Collibra Workflow development, Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in Adopting Best Practices for Collibra Metamodel design as well as for Workflow design
• 5+ years of Experience in Unix Shell Scripting, Administering Cluster Environment.
• 5+ Years of Experience in Design, Deployment and Administration of Collibra Servers and Experience in Upgrade of Server to Newer Versions.
• 7+ years of Experience in design, implementation and deployment of API services using Spring Boot and MuleSoft. .
• 7+ Years of Working experience with Activiti, Flowable or JBPM.
• 10+ years of Experience in Java, JEE, Spring frameworks, Tomcat, Hibernate, multi-threading, and caching techniques is a plus
• 3+ Years of Experience in Automation Testing especially JUnit and Selenium.
• 2+ Years of experience with Elasticsearch.
• Must have strong knowledge of SDLC and comfortable with Agile.
• Knowledge of BI and Dimensional Modelling is a plus

• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
• Working knowledge of the Banking and Financial industry a plus.
