Background in supporting business teams by providing subject matter expertise and guidance in modern data engineering Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with large and small technical audiences Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders aimed at identifying business drivers and articulating enterprise-level solution architectures Capable of speaking articulately to a breadth of topics such as SQL Server, Azure data store technologies, ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, O365 and Azure administration, etc. Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communications Goal-oriented team player committed to quality and detail Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change Desired Skills Desired QualificationsExperience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, especially the Product Owner role Experience managing or leading a technical project team is highly desired Microsoft Cloud Certifications a definite plus Experience managing codebases using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps Bachelor s degree (or higher) in a related field,
