Roles and Responsibility : Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes and Security in the existing system. Should have an experience in troubleshooting functional issues related to Invoices, Journals, Projects, Banking and Assets Experience in giving a Production support as well as guiding the team in resolving Incidents/Problems. Participation in Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications Maintain, test and implement new functionality within Workday modules Configure business process changes and maintain domain security. Manage and maintain additional HR IT systems (like Kronos and Finance/Recruitment/Payroll related Workday integrations.) Providing level 1, 2 support, working with IT and the application providers on functionality enhancements, testing and configuring changes, and communication to users Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors. Provide ad hoc and/or structured training for modules mentioned above Design deploy user-friendly mechanisms for stakeholders to be able to produce informative HR data on a self-service basis Ad hoc reporting as required Experience as a Workday Finance functional subject matter expertise in at least 4 of the following areas Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques Experience working with Agile development methodologies Strong understanding of Agile methodology and agile metrics such as TTB, TTV and Rally Excellent communication and coordination skills Tools XML, XSLT and XPATH API/Web Services Integration Template / Connectors US Healthcare and insurance domain knowledge EMR/EHR experience Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes ,
