Job Description

Roles and Responsibility : Primary Responsibilities Analyse business problems and processes to identify solutions to support the reporting needs Expertise in creating/Modifying the Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday , BIRT Finance Reports utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies Expertise in creating a Calculated field. Work with technology/security teams to define and create calc fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization Collaborate with team members to ensure the functionality of reports are implemented as planned and new reports are completed to meet the business need Lead efforts to analyse and optimize report performance Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company s internal/external audit controls Design Workday Reporting solutions. Maintain, test and implement new report within Workday modules Review system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices Actively participate in Workday Community by researching, contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc. Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors. Participate in recurring meetings with project teams to discuss progress and issues to be resolved. Provide ad hoc and/or structured training for modules mentioned above Ad hoc reporting as required Must Have Skills Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and coordination skills Workday configuration in either HCM, FIN, or SCM 2 years Basic understanding of Finance module Workday reporting in either HCM, FIN, or SCM: 6 months Report development in business development tools: 2 years Expertise in creating a Calculated field API/Web Services Excellent customer service Basic understanding of data architecture and reporting concepts. Nice To Have Skills US Healthcare and insurance domain knowledge EMR/EHR experience Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes ,
