Job Description

    Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of capacity planning analyst. The position reports to the Henningdorf WL Manager, and is part of an international team and very motivated team.Therefore, it will allow the candidate to acquire a very good understanding of the operational status and way of working at the regional level and will provide a very good working network at very different levels of our company.We are looking for a highly motivated person with good data analysis knowledge and good communication skills (frequent remote contact with many people from other sites). The working language is English. Knowledge & Experience

    Desired experience for capacity planning analyst includes:
    • Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skill
    • Collaborative consulting experience preferred
    • Proven ability in interacting and working with Sr
    • Advanced experience utilizing Work Force management software/applications.
    • Previous experience working in capacity planning, capacity management or project management role would be an asset
    Responsibilities for capacity planning analyst :
    • Interface with leaders to understand the fast changing business needs and make updates where necessary
    • Stay current on internal policies and procedures
    • Update workforce management and other data bases as changes occur
    • Developing and maintaining product and network-wide call volume and staff planning models driver metrics (availability, call handle time, hiring, attrition, overtime) as throughput into the overall short-term and long-term capacity and staff planning
    • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience in a concise and professional manner
    • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, operational plans, and other deliverables
    • Support long term staffing models that translates the predicted customer demand to staffing capacity
    • Report forecast versus actual capacity and assist the various departments with balancing their customer demands with resources deployment
    • Develop relationships to ensure the incorporation of all anticipated business changes
