Job Description

Report for duty wearing the prescribed uniform and ID card as per duty schedule Job Description

  • Responsible for the maintenance, servicing and handling of ultra sound machine.
  • Maintain Ultra sound register on daily base.
  • Type print and sign reports.
  • Perform the ultrasound test in the presence of radiologist.
  • Dispatch reports to report collections.,
  • Prepare monthly report on number of ultra sound test done and send to account s department.
  • Co-ordinate with ward/room/floor incharge for the test to be done on IP s.
  • Indent for the material or stationery required for the tests.
  • Liaison with biomedical department for maintenance.
  • Be present on O T s for preoperative tests.
  • Assist the surgeon in ultrasound work as and when required.
  • And any o9ther jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work
