Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings!We are hiring for Android Developerfor top US based MNC in LogisticsResponsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Skills we are looking for:
  • Great experience in Android development.
  • Strong experience with native mobile application development in Kotlin along with JAVA.
  • Understanding and exposure to integrating REST API endpoints(Retrofit, Volley etc).
  • Good knowledge of RxJava, Koin component and ViewModel scope is must.
  • Strong knowledge of version controlling.
  • Good experience with Jetpack components.
  • Strong knowledge of App architecture patterns(MVC, MVP, MVVM) and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with UI/UX paradigms to build elegant user experiences.
  • Notifications - GCM, FCM, Firebase.
  • Good to have SSL Pinning/encryption.
  • Experience with modern build strategies, Continuous integration, Unit testing, Test driven development, Analytics, and Automated integration tests.
  • Experience implementing and enhancing the CI/CD pipeline for mobile applications
