  2. Drive business through Bancassurance engage with officers at centralized processing cells of the SBI and identify opportunities of including insurance products to loan applications to maintain desired product mix and achieve sales target

Responsibility Area
  1. Key Responsibilities KPIs- Banca Business Growth (CPC)
  2. Identify opportunities to include insurance products to different loan applications processed by SBI
  3. Identify opportunities to maintain product mix to achieve top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR and COR.
  4. Identify customers for upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to achieve set business plan
  5. Gross Written Premium
  6. Gross Written Premium from new / in focus / region / new products / Cross-Sell
  7. Loss Ratio
Business Performance ReviewConduct meetings with new customers, visit the corporate clients to understand any issuesConduct periodic reviews with banks officials to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering businessAssess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisionsAudit Score (Internal and External)Relationship ManagementProvide detailed information about new products and new selling techniques to grow the businessDevelop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders at the Banca partners to achieve increase volume growth.Identify and motivate suitable candidates for SP program GWP from Focus ProductsSP Activation parameterEducation and Experience GuidelinesEducation Qualifications Graduate in any stream0-6 years of work experience in sales of GI Insurance industry
