Job Description

Reporting to: Assistant General ManagerAccountability: Payroll Preparation, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance, Time & Attendance, Attrition & Retention Data AnalysisRoles and Responsibilities:Payroll & Onboarding FormalitiesDocumenting all the payroll records within a given time-frame. Ensure salary& incentive processing of all employees with 100% accuracy. Update Bank accounts number for salary disbursement and other related data. Ensure joining formalities are done at the time of employee reporting viz. , issuance of the Appointment letter, Bank formalities & Biometric Login. Collect and maintain all the relevant documents as mentioned in the checklistIssue ID card and brief employee about its usage. Also ensuring recording of biometric login. Basic Induction is conducted explaining the new employee about the policy & procedural guidelines etc. , before deputation on the job. Ensure Internal communication is sent to all concerned departments informing the joining of a new employee. Managing Time & Attendance viz. , Correction and Regularization and keeping track of it. Exit Interview/ FormalitiesEnsure every employee who leaves the organization does a proper handover of duties/ assets etc. , Ensure resignation letters are collected from the employee with the acknowledgment of acceptance of the same from their reporting manager. Ensure every employee who leaves the organization completes the exit interview process. Ensure the employee separation is done in all departments as required. Take care of end to end F & F settlement. Ensure every employee who leaves the organization is issued relieving/ experience certificates accordingly. Help ex-employees in the documentation for PF withdrawal. Qualifications and ExperienceSkills & Attributes:Should possess good oral and written communication skillsProactive and EnergeticShould have Learning AttitudeAble to meet given deadlinesTech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs, etc. Excellent coordination skills with a sense of ownershipCapital at RiskWith investment, your capital is at risk.
