Job Description

Shift-Dayshift Location- Palasia, Indore 5 days working (Mon-Fri)Job description:

Identify candidates to fill client requirements through cold calling, internet recruiting, referral generation, social networking etc.
Review resumes conduct phone screens, and reference checks.
Understand and summarize candidates key strengths, liabilities, and requirements.
Ability to assess candidates ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits.

Requirements:

Must have good Communication skills.
Must experience of Domestic IT/Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients.
Strong organizational skills.
Team player.
