Job Description

Hiring !JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Working as a DGM Paint Shop manufacturing. .
  • Planning of day-to-day activity, Manpower Handling & daily production planning, coordination with PPC .Responsible for paint shop Production & 100% delivery with zero defect to all 4 no of TCF Assembly lines.
  • Customer focus, daily NCI audit monitoring, quality feedback to all line, counter measure and action planning. Monitoring daily sunrise meeting with team. feed forward feed backward system, monitoring associate defect sheet and counseling with team member.
  • Planning for weekly line wise cleaning activity and preventive maintenance planning & Control according to the scheduled plan activity.
  • Responsible for PTCED process from installation charging, conducting different trails, parameter optimization and control, daily parameter monitoring and maintaining the process, defects analysis and trouble shooting. Responsible for process audit issues closer
  • Responsible for Quality Measures or appearance values of painted body such as Gloss, DOI, Wave Scan R value, Ra value, Delta E, DFT etc.
  • Involved in Paint kitchen new line Installation, line cleaning and charging for all different shades. Daily stock monitoring and close coordination with vanders for detailing them on quality, quantity and cost effective requirement.
  • Involved in New Shade Charging, robotic parameter optimization for different models for Robotic painting in surface, base and clear coat zone. Responsible to resolve all robotic and manual painting problems
  • Co-ordination with Improvement team to design and develop new tools, fixtures, jigs for painting and pted process. Also trolleys design and fabrication according to parts requirement.
  • Hands on experience in manual paint application system and heavy spot repair, refinishing system, Trouble shooting for all painting problems and defect.
  • Worked with CFT for Preparing PFMEA, CP, PFD, WIS, OPL and other line process control related documents.
  • Involve in official visits to attend the customer complaint at customer/dealer end for paint related issues, analysis the defect root cause, feedback to concern line, ensuring the containment action and giving permanent countermeasure action plan to resolve the problem.
  • Coordination with supplier for plastic components painting defects, for new shade development, shade variation resolution, defect analysis and trouble shooting. Productivity improvement at supplier end.
  • Responsible for paint shop production, 100% delivery with zero defect to assembly line. Responsible for all activities in paint shop from planning to dispatch. Regarding Quality, Quantity, Delivery, Cost, Safety, Moral, Maintenance.
  • Daily production planning, coordination with PPC and to achieving plant production targets. Responsible for production on Heavy shot blasting m/c.
  • Manpower handling. Planning and control, Training to blue and white collar to skill development and motivation.
  • Co-ordination with team to design and develop new tools, fixtures, jigs for painting process. Also trolleys design and fabrication according to parts.
  • Responsible for quality of incoming material for paint shop. Visiting supplier end for customer complaint, to quality improvement and development.
  • Controlling & monitoring Effluent treatment plant, DM water plant, Soft water plant.
  • Enhancing safety in shop through better workplace management by implementing 5S, Eliminating unsafe acts &condition &Mock drill trials.
