Job Description

  • The job of the transaction processing engineer is to monitor transaction/payment traffic for merchants and financial institutions
  • This monitoring involves working on both automatically generated tickets, and tickets that are built manually from RAFT
  • He will be expected to help troubleshoot Incidents with customers and escalate their incidents, as needed.
What you bring:
  • Needs to have a work experience of 1+ years of and sound knowledge on RAFT, Netview, Prognosis, Combined Down tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels of the organization
  • Performs monitoring and operational management functions for associated hardware and software within 24x7 processing environment
  • Responds in a timely manner to questions and requests from incoming calls and incident tickets
