JOB DESCRIPTION:Roles and Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to company and process guidelines within established productivity standards- Provide supervision and direction to the team and manage their day-to-day activities- Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members- Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance- Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task- Collects, measures, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and summarizes data- Generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project- Cascade and train the team on process updates- Mentor employees by ensuring productivity along with 100% qualitySkills Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling team for international process- Quick learner and ability to lead a team- Excellent communication & presentation skills Willing to work in fast-growing environment- Ready to work in Night Shift at Indore Office- Flexibility with respect to shift timings- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments- Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline- Passion for learning and creative problem solvingSalary offered: 15-20LPA,
