Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Business development Manager (BDM), who can generate business by using digital marketing/ social media marketing/ Platform in national & international level. Who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship. An effective telesales and business development Manager must be an excellent communicator and having superior skills. They must be comfortable with presenting products or services over online platform and phone as well as, dealing with complaints and doubts also. The goal is to increase the company business growth by bringing new customers by using online platform.Job Requirements / skills :-1. Proven experience as online telesales marketing or other sales/customer service role.2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.7.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.Job Responsibilities :-1. Handling and experience in online portals like Indiamart, Just Dial, Amazon, Flipkart , E Bay, AliBaba & similar platforms. 2. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.3. Answering questions about products or the company.4. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.6. Enter and update customer information in the database.7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.8. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.Note: Preference is giving to building construction industry candidate.
