1. candidates must be from field background

3. Must have good communication skills, speaking skills, marketing skills
4. Must have knowledge about B T L below the line activities
5. ability to plan and execute persuade and work underpressure
6. planning and executive all BTL activities
7. must have marketing knowledge
8. candidates must be active in nature can travel around his /her location
9. male /females can apply for role
10. its a field job there is no office work candidates have to perform there work from field only .
11. candidates must be active can negotiate with customers and clients
12. candidates are hardworking in nature can promote the brands
13. responsible for setting up strong network of vendors /agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions BTL activities
14. The role of field executives is a client-facing role which involves travelling round and holding meetings with clientsand potential clients as the representative of a company, its products and services.
