Job Description

    POST- QUALITY MANAGER INUTENSILS LINElocation-JAIPURexperience-10+COMQUALIFICATION-BETECH MERCHANICAL AND ANY OPERATIONAL DESIGNATIONJOB PROFILE- Responsible for the quality assurance of the entire manufacturing unit. Responsible for checking and signing off the quality control documentation. Responsible for handling customer quality issues and taking appropriate action regarding the same. Responsible for facing quality control and System audits from customers.Corrective and PreventiveActions for Product and System relatedNon-conformities Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements andaudits Exposure to quality Management system ISO 9hidden_mobile or IATF 16949 -2015 standards. Will beresponsible for effective implementation for the same. Promoting awareness of customer requirementsPreparing and revising the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures andother documentation). Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings. Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits , preparing audit reports, Writing Non Conformityreports etc Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities && Audit reports. Measuring && Monitoring the process and product performance Alignment of quality policy && objectives according to organization goals Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effectiveness of the Quality Management system Should be willing to travel and work with suppliers and customers ( from supplier selection till PPAPsubmission Co-ordinate with the Production and HR departments to plan and implement a training procedure for allthe concerned subordinates Daily lead the Site QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) for Tracking the Quality issue (In / Out AndOutstanding) for Achieve the Quality Targets Work Closly with Prod ,Maint and Purchase Team for Zero Defects in Plant as well as Suppliers Tracking Continuous Improvement Lead daily Incident tracking through(In /Out) for Reduce Also track the reactivity of Incident aganist reactivity target (Quick Resonce -48 Hrs,Plan Do -10 Days andCheck Act -30 days and Stability Rate 6 month for Incident closure) Conducting pre-analysis of defects. prepare assignment sheet for new incident from day one. Identify and manage the risk generating Process Manages the quality resources for current products for achieve the Zero defects Weekly review with Internal Customer (Production && Service Team) for resolution of the critical componentquality issues && their pain area Attack on Incident through catagories wise C1 WR Customer warranty,C1- FT customer,C2 UFI Prod line,C3 UFI Incoming Initiate and validate/ Challenge the corrective and preventive action_PDCA && LLC (Leason learnCard)with logical thinkingINTERETED CANDIDATES CAN hidden_emailBALAJI PLACEMENT SERVICEhidden_mobile
