Job Description

Skills Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

  • 2+ years of full cycle India payroll processing
  • Strong MS Excel skills and reconciliation skills required
  • Demonstrated experience with changes in India labor laws and administration of the payroll changes
  • High level of expertise in all areas of modern payroll practices and procedures
  • Certification with the IPTM for payroll processing or equivalent training, a strong assetWorkday HCM and GreytHR experience a strong asset
  • Experience with Google G-suite is an advantage
  • Experience with a payroll software implementation a strong asset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a team environment
What theyll be doing
  • Processes full cycle monthly India payroll processing
  • Completes all onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks
  • Monitors and recommends changes based on all Jaipur labour law updates
  • Completes monthly payroll journal entries
  • Completes year-end payroll reconciliations including Form 16
  • Delivers a high level of customer service to employee payroll requires, management and external parties
  • Supports the India Finance team, as requested
  • Supports and completes special projects and ad hoc analyses, as requested
