Job Description

Position - Process Industrial EngineerIndustry - Automobile/TextileDepartment - ProductionEducation - BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Production/Industrial Engineering with Six Sigma CertificationExperience - Min 4-5 Years on the shop floor (Automobile/Aerospace components)Location - Jaipur, RajasthanSalary -Upto 5 LPARole and Responsibilities -

  1. Analyze and use Identification of critical to quality (CTQ) & critical to process (CTP) stages to improve product and process CPK values.
  2. Study and Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work-flow through use of Value stream mapping
  3. Develop SOPs & WI for any new processes or product beforehand
  4. Time study for the production adheres to the targets
  5. Identification stage modification in process,
  6. Prepare Engineering change notice (ECN) and Process change notice (PCN)
  7. Understand Process capability, Process improvements, work-flow management and process flow chart
  8. Develops metrics to measure equipment and process output and benchmark productivity.
  9. Ability to Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks based on planning forecasts
  10. Experienced in evaluation & prioritization of all process optimization ideas and for ensuring timely implementation of finalized proposals.
  11. Be responsible for conducting competitors bench-marking workshops in order to generate Cost optimization ideas and to capture best design solutions being offered in the Market.
  12. Be able to assess process Performance audits/ Reviews. You will be responsible for identify, monitor and receive feedback on performance of process capability and to address any process failures.
  13. Convert failures to opportunities and work with engineering and production teams to establish necessary process controls.
  14. Develop Virtual training programs for in-house skill improvement for process/product familiarization to new team members.
  15. Ensure that there is no communication gap with the team, CFTs before and after process optimization.
