Job Description

    Jb Location:- Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan-
    1. You will oversee and ensure fire safety at your site.
    2. You will use the assigned apparatus and follow the command structure instructions for fire suppression or related emergency service.
    3. Performing equipment set-up upon arrival at a fire scene
    4. Dispatching and accompanying ERT (Emergency response team)
    5. Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other safety-related pieces of training for the team members and occupants available on the premises
    6. Completing appropriate rescue, firefighting, and salvage operations at a fire scene
    7. Performing the lift evacuation and rescue drill periodically
    8. Securing the affected structure to prevent rekindling
    9. Taking inventory of all equipment after suppression has been achieved, recording all equipment, which must be left at the site, and incident report
    10. Attending and providing information for pre-fire planning studies and maintaining an updated knowledge of pre-fire plans
    11. Report and maintain a record of all the incidents of site
    12. Keep all the checklists and records updated related to safety equipment maintenance and training records
    Preferred Qualifications:-
    1. Diploma in Industrial Safety
    2. Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a real estate safety officer
