NH Jaipur has one of the best teams of specialists trained in top institutions in India & abroad bringing in international experience to treatments and procedures.Job Purpose:Responsible for all HR activities within the hospital and to support the different department and function Heads in the hospital and the people agenda for the unit.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning

  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan
  • Formulate HR plans, policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
  • Diagnosis of existing plans and policies with impact analysis and legal compliance
Compensation Management
  • Review pay structures and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept heads
  • Creating the platform for compensation review with control on budget and its utilization
  • Manage and review the variable pay process
Payroll Management
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of salary and other monetary pay-outs
  • Audit payroll function to ensure legislative compliance
  • Review the payroll reports to units and payroll MIS
  • Oversee continual improvement and standardization of payroll operations and systems
Recruitment Management
  • Manpower Planning in conjunction with business requirements
  • Develop the recruitment, selection and vendor management processes
  • Standardization and formalization of hiring and assessment methodologies across units
  • Analyze and improve recruitment operating metrics
Employees Relations Management
  • Set up policies and procedures for effective settlement of employee grievances
  • Enhance Organization communications for a positive work environment
  • Ensure proper management of staff amenities with occupational and health safety
Training and Staff Development
  • Identify the areas for staff development and explore new skills to enhance productivity
  • Measure the training cost with the customer and employees satisfaction scores
  • Ensure the implementation of NABH guidelines for training with proper audits
  • Build a plan for leadership development and succession planning
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and create models for performance review
Human Resources Management Information Systems
  • Manager data quality measurement metrics
  • Ensure the transition and documentation of HRIS Knowledge within the hospital
Compliance and Employee Benefits Management
  • Review and measure the insurance benefits to all associates and timely settlement of Insurance Claims
  • Proactive IR management with speedy disposal of the Litigations
  • Ensure proper compliance of PF, ESI AND LWF and closure of Audit NCs within the due dates
People Management
  • Organize, direct, and manage the unit HR teams in consultation with the unit Facility Director
  • Recruit, develop and train a professional staff with sufficient knowledge, skills and experience
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • 12 - 15 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills required:The ideal candidate should -
  • Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Should be good at interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate highest level of professionalism.
  • Healthcare experience would be preferred.
  • Should be able work independently with little or no guidance.
  • Must be results driven with proven track record.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively to various hospitals under the group.
