Job Description

You will work with your technical support team to oversee and maintain our computer hardware and software systems, assist in resolving technical issues concerning company software. You team will help to maintain, manage and repair IT systems. The role also involves diagnosing software or hardware faults in our IT unit and solving the issues. Your team will be responsible for Installation & configuration of a companys computer hardware operating systems and applications.Responsibilities

• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns in our industry
• Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
