• The Sales Officer is the point of contact for retailers and wholesalers, both online and offline.
• Work with clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure all their requirements are met and queries are resolved
• Responsible for business acquisition, initiating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Achieving sales and on-boarding targets
• Diligent follow up with existing and potential clients
• Identification of potential partners
• Continuous research and generation of leads
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Active contribution to solution-finding and removal of roadblocks
• Client presentations online / offline as required
• Monitor client transactions, maintain timely deliveries, compliances, inventory & sales
• Maintain detailed records to present to management
• B2C orders, tracking and service
• Coordination with internal team and external agencies
• Responsible for aligning all displays and brand identity
Skills Required:
• Bachelors degree
• 1-2 years experience in B2B and B2C sales, distribution and business development
• Experience in the Beauty / FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Self-motivated
• Strong presentation, negotiation and inter-personal skills
• Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
• Enthusiastic and problem-solving mindset
