The Operations Senior Management team is passionate about our people development and providing top-notch employee opportunities through an inclusive, forward-looking environment defined by open communication, collaboration, learning and dedicated career management.Institutional Securities Group Product OperationsInstitutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO) partners closely with Sales & Trading and our Clients to process daily activities, develop and implement new products and services, as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes.Trade & Transaction Reporting OperationsTrade & Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) delivers the appropriate diligence and governance over the Firm s global transaction reporting obligations. TTRO is charged with ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the Firm s trade and transaction reporting and is comprised of teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, Glasgow and Mumbai, supported by a selection of vendors and third party service providers.As the Centre of Excellence for Transaction Reporting, TTRO are engaged in the development of platforms and processes supporting upcoming regulatory change in a high focus, rapidly evolving environment. Supporting a broad stakeholder base, TTRO liaise with various internal and external counterparties daily, including other Operations teams, Sales and Trading, Non-Market Risk leads, Legal and Compliance teams, Information Technology, trade organisations such as ISDA, AFME and FIA, and Industry utilities such as DTCC and Unavista. The criticality of the function ensures senior management engagement and secures a high profile for those in the team.Role Description & ResponsibilitiesLeads a team of CTB Specialists working across multiple operating silos to deliver material business transformation.The individual will manage a portfolio of programs and projects in the context of a multi-year strategy for Operating Model, business process and technology; leverage senior relationships inside and outside the Firm to define and deliver solutions; negotiate and agree departmental CTB budgets; provide thought leadership to set strategic direction to the area they support; drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and silo business processes and recruit, retain and develop to create best in class CTB resources.Manage Silo and Cross-Silo projects and report progress, risks and issues; ensure benefits are tracked and realised; and manage and maintain vendor relationships in order to deliver on projects.Design and deliver Operating Model concepts; form and maintain effective relationships with Business Unit and Technology counterparts and stakeholders; and understand the detail of Industry and Regulatory change driving projects.Deliver on Business Process Transformation initiatives and Software Delivery projects; to identify project risks and barriers; to support Business Migration through process change or software delivery; and to track and realise business benefits.The TTRO CTB group delivers strategic, global business process and technology-based solutions in order to ensure Morgan Stanley is compliant with Transaction Reporting Regulations. The group is organized along regional responsibilities for North America, Europe and Asia efforts.This role requires focus on the Trade and Transaction reporting projects for all of the Change The Bank Organisation for Transaction Reporting based in India. The broader leadership responsibilities will be to ensure TTRO CTB teams in India are appropriately aligned to their line and technology partners.   • Proven experience in OTC Derivative products with a deep understanding of the front to back flow is required
  • Proven track record of managing a large, global, complex regulatory program often with competing deliverables
