Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Look after general ledger operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Draw up monthly financial reports
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Preparation and presentation of budgets and forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Preparation and presentation of various types of reports
Handling payment of vendors, reconciliation with & customer & vendor accounts.
Finalization of balance sheet up to Audit Reports.
Preparation of Income Tax return, TDS Returns, Service Tax Returns, ROC Returns etc.
Ensuring smooth running of accounting functions.
