Qualification: Any Graduate + PG Degree/Diploma in Management.
Roles Responsibilities: i) To develop and manage the Sales Team and ensure profitability and growth of Operations. ii) To develop and manage the Service Partner network. iii) To formulate a sales strategy and reach out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion. iv) To develop a strategy for competitors dealer/customer conversion. v) Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors activities and provide valuable inputs for fine- tuning sales and marketing strategies. vi) Motivating team and deliver quality services to clients. vii) Strong relationship management.
Skills Required: i) Proven Leadership Skills. ii) Analytical Skills and Number Crunching ability. iii) Ability to guide and motivate a Sales Team. iv) Ability to Plan Forecast. v)Self Motivated Systems are driven. vi) Good Interpersonal Skills. vii) Excellent Verbal Written communication Skills. viii)Thorough in MS Office ( Excel , Word PowerPoint) Emailing.
