JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for Carrying out relevant research and preparing Business Plans for B2B segment Would be Designing, executing & Scaling up pilot plans at Regional Level Building Sales Team & Distribution Channels Developing Overall Brand Product Marketing Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales Coordinating with the Production team for the production as per the sales forecast Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning Responding to customer complaints and comments Handling special promotions, displays and events Updating team on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues Initiating changes to grow the business
