Dear Candidate,Job opening as an Account Executive- Kalher Location- EcommerceExp- 3yrs+Job description;

• Book purchase and expense bills;cross-verify rate and quantity with PO/ receipt note; within 2 days of material receipt;
• follow format; purchase order- receipt note- debit note if excise applicable- purchase transporter bill entry
• Stamp entered date on invoice and file; pre-close SO/PO as needed. scrutinize bill mistakes
• sales bills or email digital sign bills to be sent within 24 hrs of dispatch. all bills must be accompanied with signed stamped challans. Ensure all signed delivery challans softcopies are filled; sales order entry and email within 1 hr of order receipt
• disciplined payment followup; maintain excel file for communication
• Daily bank Reco; Reconcile debtor and creditor ledgers quarterly
• worker attendance entry by 3rd of each month
• Monthly bank stock statement before 5th of every month
• NEFT/ RTGS payments; manage and prioritize outgoing payments as per availability
• monitor petty cash; signed cash payment voucher file
• Proper filing of bills, challans, purchase, GST, ESIC,PF,TDS, PT, Expense file
• Compute and make monthly GST, PT, TDS, esic, And EPF payments
