We are looking for dynamic and passionate Project Leads whose primary responsibility is to guide team development efforts to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities Work with the team and key stakeholders to set goals, evaluate performance and encourage collaboration. Maintain focus and provide clear direction to team members, be the champion for the project and support team member personal development. Interact directly with Delivery head and Tech Lead to ensure resources are available when needed, and to negotiate amendments to the project plan especially those that change deliverable completion dates. Responsible for organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow- up action on issues raised during scrum meetings and retrospectives. Keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, program decisions, issues, and changes to the project and the project plan.Required Skills 2 5 years of experience in project management. Good technical understanding of web and mobile applications and cloud- based products. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. Experience/ Interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum. Project management or related certifications would be an advantage.
