Job Description

  • BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Aero bridge Operations / Maintenance
  • Well versed with basic engineering principles, Quick & correct understanding of new technology, product features.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor day to day function of Aerobridge / PBB Operations & Maintenance team Engineers / Supervisors / PBB Operators
  • Deployment of Manpower & ensure maximum utilisation
  • Monitor weekly and monthly service issues & take corrective actions to prevent
  • Maintaining the serviceability to avoid penalty
  • Train staff on new unit/ technology
  • Support in Execution of Project, preparation of Tender documents / Service Proposals (AMC)
  • Ensure Inventory management & maintenance of Stock
  • Regular interaction with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action
  • Co - ordination with customer on bill submission, Payment follow up, compliances etc.
  • Responsible for insuring OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
  • Responsible for timely submission of MIS report
  • Follow ISO practices
