Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose

This role involves monitoring and managing agency in Recovery to attain the desired performance output with cost

effectiveness leading to profitability for respective agency.

Key responsibilities include managing Recovery and meeting performance and compliance objectives.

The agency manager is also expected to continuously monitor and identify gaps if any and transmit the observations for

action.

Vendor management and compliance to applicable policy & guidelines is a key deliverable.

Responsible for Recovery performance w.r.t Recovery metrics

Ensuring that business objectives on all the parameters i.e. OP targets, Compliance (FM scores and HRD, SLA

adherence etc.) are met.

Monitoring agency & FOS level productivity, responsible for education, awareness and

adherence to code of conduct and ensuring timely audit of vendor processes for respective agency through SVCL.

Ensuring usage of technology to drive performance metrics for respective agency

Ensure AGMS Upload of customer feedback.

Ensuring timely raising of vendor bills/provisions for respective agency.

Timely sharing of performance and portfolio analysis with respective Regional Manager.

Solve complex customer escalation issues and raise alarms appropriately as per compliance procedures.

Identification & Resolution of customer escalated issues and appropriate flagging as per compliance procedures.

Ability to continuously innovate and excel to develop new processes and improvise the existing processes for enhancing

the current business productivity.

Ability to design agency payouts in line with the business P & L and COC model.

Initiating New Field Setups & Strengthening current field setups.

Planning agency head count in line with Business Cape management.

Qualifications

Candidate should have a Bachelors/Post graduate degree in any stream with minimum 4- 5 year of

expertise in handling outsourced vendors. Experience of handling a team would be an added advantage.
