RecruitInsurance/ Financial Advisors (Insurance Agents)2. Team Management & Development BuildingAgency- Identify and recruit potential advisors(Ex: House Wife, 1 Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc.3. Sourcing Business through team efforts (Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on aconsistent basis through own team of advisers)4. .Active Participation in Sales Contest & driving the same in team for successful achievement.Develop Sales Strategy on monthly basis5. Meet targets of Sales Promotional Activities / Cluster Activities. Meet Monthly RevenueTargets6. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improveproductivity of the team.7. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.8. Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in theteam, provide feedback on advisors performance.9. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office)Other Required Guidelines:# Must be a native / local person. Depends on the branch location.#Two wheeler preferred# Candidates working in Life Insurance Agency channel most preffered.# Beside people from other Industry with good Sales / Channel sales experience and withgood Networking skill will be OK,
