Job Description

  • Leading the machine shop team to accomplish the control of PQCDSM

  • 100% implementation and execution
  • Planning and releasing nominated operators for training as per schedule
  • Motivation the operator for improvement activities (5s, kaizen, defect reduction etc)
  • Coordinate with concern section and departments to reduce defects and line stoppage
  • Training and motivating operators for sop adherence
